Bremen is a city in the north of Germany. Bremen is the smallest of the three German City states. It consists of two seperated enclaves: The city of Bremen and the city of Bremerhaven.
It has direct motorway connections to Hamburg, Hannover, Münster, Osnabrück, Dortmund, the northern sea and the Netherlands. <map lat='53.07711507589045' lng='8.85498046875' zoom='11' view='0' float='right'/>
Hitching Out
From the airport it's quite easy to get a lift. Tried to go to Amsterdam from Bremen airport on the A1 motorway. Use a sign with A1 and do not go with people, who are leading to Oldenburg, otherways you'll get to a motorway junction and that's not fine.
