Take the IKEA bus from the crossroad of ''Hallera'' and ''Powstańców Sląskich'' to '''''Bielany''''' shopping center, it's 1 Zloty. Get off infront of IKEA and walk towards the Tesco. In the corner turne left towards the instersction, becareful, it's tricky to cross the street. Follow the road some 50 meters until you reach what I think is some kind of warehouse complex, go around (left side), after some 150 meters you will reach the petrol station. It took me 10 minutes to find a ride.

Take bus 604 to the end of route. From there you have to only cross the tracks on the left and you will be on very long straight road with very wide shoulder of road. Another option to go there is taking the bus D, and go to the end of route and from there you have to cross a few building and go to the road (more or less 800m). You will be in the same place from first option but on the second side of road.
